when searching for a Page,” a Facebook spokeswoman said. “This bug has been fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.”

Recently, we are hearing a lot of good news from Microsoft. Started with dark mode feature and then redesigns its Edge browser. Now, they have begun to roll out a new special feature, which we have been waiting for.

Let us welcome the AI feature into the Excel app. What it does basically is, it will import the photos of tables and charts and then convert it into an Excel spreadsheet. Next time, whenever, you take a picture of a table on your smartphone you don’t have to add it manually into your Excel.

If you notice, during the Microsoft Ignite event in last year September, Microsoft has announced about this feature. They were saying soon we will “saying goodbye to manual data entry”. Now their words have been true. The Android Excel app can seamlessly convert pictures of tables and charts into fully editable digital spreadsheets.

Microsoft has added a new button “Insert Data from Picture” which basically the name says it all. It uses image recognition technology to add the data tables into the Excel spreadsheet. After adding it, the user can modify the rows and columns as usual.

According to Microsoft, they are planning to roll out this feature to the Android devices first at this weekend. Later, they have planned to roll out this feature to the iOS Excel app too in the future. No exact dates were given for iOS release.

Not only that, there are more features are coming to its Office platform. This month going to be a treat for all Microsoft users.

Again Maxis wins the race for 5G test

Reading Time: < 1 minute read

As you all know, Mobile World Congress was held at Barcelone at the end of February, last month. During this event, Maxis signed an MoU with Huawei to fasten 5G networks deployment in Malaysia. Attended for the signing ceremony was Gokhan Ogut, Maxis CEO-designate, and CTO, Morten Bangsgaard. On the other side was Guo Ping, Huawei Rotating Chairman, Jeffery Liu and Michael Yuan, CEO of Malaysia.

A week after the MoU signing ceremony between Maxis and Huawei, Maxis has started to perform its 5G trials in Cyberjaya this week. Once again, we can see that Maxis has won the race for being the first operator to conduct 5G experiments in Malaysia. During the 4G trial run, Maxis was the first network operator to conduct its test in Malaysia. This round Maxis was the first one to conduct the 5G network test. It was expected the trial runs will be running for at least six months duration.

Maxis told that till today they have recorded the 5G network download speeds almost 3Gbps. Imagine having a 5G network in your mobile phone, you can continuously stream contents lightning fast without worrying about the network coverage. Through this trial run, Maxis believes they can provide further analysis of the 5G characteristics.

Soon, Malaysians can have faster speed internet which is 10X higher than the current 4G. Additionaly, it comes with lower latency and higher capacity to support multiple devices. Thinking about IoT, we think Malaysia is close to achieve this technology soon. Using the 5G technology, we can expect the introduction of industry 4.0, autonomous driving and also smart cities development around Malaysia.

Based on an internal memo taken by MacRumors, iPhone third-party batteries are now qualified for replacement at Apple’s Genius Bars and Apple Authorized Service Providers (AASP). According to MacRumors, the technicians could replace an entire new iPhone for the price of the battery only if the battery tabs are broken. This is something truly surprising to everyone of us. Imagine getting yourself a new iPhone just because the battery tabs is broken. Since last week Thursday Apple have implemented this guidelines worldwide.

However, this service is only applies for the third-party batteries only. If you change your iPhones logic board, Apple will not ever fix it for you. The technician team will ignore the battery and move on with the normal servicing.

Back in 2017, Apple allowed repairing the iPhone third-party displays. But now things have to change since the #BatteryGate issue flies around. Now Apple has no choice rather than providing this offer to all their loyal iPhone customers.

At the beginning of the year, TM announced that the Unifi Basic Plan will be offered at the price of RM79 per month. However, the 30Mbps Unifi Basic plan only offers 60GB of data quota per month which is not sufficient for gaming users or movie watchers. TM does offer their heavy users customers with unlimited quota which is the Unifi 100 Mbps plan. This package is priced at RM 129 per month excluding SST.

Yesterday, TM has announced they will extend the unlimited quota offer for the Unifi Basic Plan. This is because a lot of their Streamyx customers are subscribing to Unifi after TM starting upgrading the Unifi coverage to many areas around Malaysia. This offer is only available until March 31. We think this will be the last time TM offers unlimited quota for its Unifi Basic plan. Currently, TM recommends its existing Unifi Basic users to upgrade to the Unifi 100 Mbps plan to enjoy the unlimited quota.

There is also a contest running by TM which offers a trip for two to UK for their customer who subscribes to the Unifi 100 Mbps plan. Having this promotion, we can see alot of existing customer upgrading their plan to the unlimited quota plan.

There are many other broadband providers which are offering better plan rather than TM keeps on changing their plan. If they want to be inside the game, they have to permanently remain their plan to unlimited quota. What do you think about TM’s plan? Share with us in the comments.

Until now, the exact zooming capability has not been revealed by Huawei. But we can assure that P30 will have a better zooming capability than the P20 Pro. This is because the previous P20 Pro supports 3X optical zoom and 5X hybrid zoom. We are expecting the P30 to have better features than the P20 Pro. Wong have also claimed that the P30 Pro’s camera will offer “something nobody has done before”. This could mean the camera of the P30 might be included with mechanical zooming lens.

According to Wong, Huawei is also focusing on the low-light mode feature. He confirms that the P30 Pro camera would be a major upgrade to all the mobile phone photographers. The previous P20 Pro has been one of the best cameras to shoot in low-light. It is also said that the P30 Pro uses the same software solution as the Google Pixel’s Night Sight.

Wong also has shared one of the photos which claimed to be shot using the P30 Pro. The device launch event is just around the corner only. We will have to wait for the official confirmation directly from Huawei soon.

All of this can be achieved only if the infrastructure is secure. According to him, few countries assessment is required to ensure the 5G network is safe before it is being implemented widely.
