We are reaching towards the end of August. September is the month Apple always unveils its new iPhone. This year we are expecting Apple to unveil iPhone 11. As the dates are coming closer we can roughly share you the final updates of the iPhone 11 before the launch. Each year, Apple sents out the invitation to the press and media two weeks before the iPhone launch event. This has been the launching ritual for Apple. Next, we will further discuss everything we know about the iPhone 11 before Apple launches it next month.
When is the iPhone 11 event date?
As we said, the most usual dates Apple chooses to unveil its iPhone will be on either on the first or second week of September. This year, we are expecting Apple to organize the iPhone 11 event on September 10. The main reason we are saying September 10 is because of a few days ago, Apple released iOS 13 Beta 7 to its developers.
From this Beta release, developers discover the date Apple is planning to launch the iPhone 11. The developers discover an image which reveals the date of iPhone 11 launch. If you look at the image, the calendar date is stated as September 10 in the calendar app. Usually, the date icon in the Calendar app represents the launch date. With this, we can 99% confirm this is a legit update. The remaining 1% will be confirmed once Apple sents out the invitation for the iPhone 11 event.
When will Apple release iPhone 11?
After unveiling the iPhone 11 on September 10 which is Tuesday, Apple will be starting to take pre-order on the first Friday after the announcement date. We can expect Apple will be starting to take pre-orders on September 13. Other than Apple, tech retailers also will be doing the same.
A week after the preorder date, Apple could be releasing the iPhone 11 on September 20. You can start to buy iPhone 11 on the same date. Every year, Apple launches two new iPhone models to its users. This year we can expect Apple to unveil three new iPhone sooner.
iPhone 11 namings
For the naming wise, Apple will be changing the namings for the iPhone 11. Do you remember a few years ago, Apple gives a new naming for its new iPad as iPad Pro. That’s the name we can expect for the iPhone 11.
The iPhone 11 will be called as iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max. However, looking at the iPhone 11 Pro Max, it sounds not matching at all for us. Let’s wait to witness how Apple going to give the namings for the three iPhones.
In conclusion, these are the details we have regarding the iPhone 11. We will be doing our live blog coverage during the iPhone 11 launch event. Subscribe our page for further updates.

Whenever it comes to Apple everything is challenging. For example, when Apple launches the iPhone, it made it difficult for the user to open the iPhone or to replace the hardware components in it. Now, Apple is making it harder for you to replace your iPhone battery. Moving forward, you need to bring it to Apple Store to replace a new battery for your iPhone.
A week ago, iFixit discovers Apple is implementing a locking mechanism for third party battery replacement. It prevents its users from checking the health of their iPhone battery. Despite that, if you still insist to check on your battery health, you will be shown a message “Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine battery. Health information not available for this battery“. You might be thinking, when a third-party replace a new battery from another iPhone, you might not face the issue isn’t it. Sadly, you still will be shown the same message. iFixit shared its statement as below.
The chip used in newer iPhone batteries includes an authentication feature that stores the info for pairing the battery to the iPhone’s logic board. In simple terms, if the battery doesn’t have the unique authentication key the iPhone’s logic board is expecting, you’ll get that “Service” message.
Apple issues a statement for this “battery lock” controversy.
We take the safety of our customers very seriously and want to make sure any battery replacement is done properly. There are now over 1,800 Apple authorized service providers across the United States so our customers have even more convenient access to quality repairs.
Last year we introduced a new feature to notify customers if we were unable to verify that a new, genuine battery was installed by a certified technician following Apple repair processes. This information is there to help protect our customers from damaged, poor quality, or used batteries which can lead to safety or performance issues. This notification does not impact the customer’s ability to use the phone after an unauthorized repair.
Looking at Apple’s statement, you don’t have to worry about replacing a genuine battery. The whole purpose of this battery lock controversy is to verify whether you have installed a battery which is certified by Apple technician only. If you don’t care about checking your battery health, you can continue to replace the third-party battery for your iPhone.

It also uses the same Smart-ISO settings which help to reduce noise during darker settings.

Share your memories with your loved ones
Now with the new Google Maps app, you can share your memorable travel moments with your loved ones. Samsung just launches the most expected Galaxy Note 10 in two sizes to its consumers. Many of the users are happy with the launch of the Galaxy Note 10. However, some of the users are really disappointed with Samsung as they removed the 3.5mm audio jack from the Galaxy Note 10.
Before the launch of the Galaxy Note 10, there is a rumoured saying that Samsung will be removing the audio jack from its upcoming Galaxy Note 10. Now, it has been true, anti-Apple fans have to face the reality, the audio jack is no more. Last year, Samsung posted a video on its YouTube channel which mocks Apple dongle. Now, Samsung itself has already removed the video from its official YouTube channel. Thanks to BGR, we got a copy of the video right here below.
After Apple removes the audio jack from the iPhone, many of the users mock Apple for it. However, now looking at what Samsung did is totally embarrassing for itself. Not only Samsung copied Apple’s feature, but other tech companies have also done it which includes, Google, OnePlus and Huawei too. Apple removes the audio jack back in 2017 during the launch of the iPhone 7. Three years later Samsung has finally done it too.
Not only that, but Samsung has also deleted one of the most viral Samsung ads. We are sure many of you might have watched this ad many times. Here is the video called “Growing Up”.
Let’s stop criticising and back to the reason behind the changes. According to TheVerge, the main reason Samsung had to remove the audio jack is to increase the battery size by 100mAh. When Google removes the audio jack from the Pixel device, it says the reason is to create all-screen smartphones. That’s the same reason Apple removes the audio jack too.
Does Samsung reason sound convincing to you? Share us your thought in the comment section below.
