Talking about the specs of the Oppo Watch, it comes in two sizes which is 41mm and 46mm. Only the 46mm model comes with LTE support.

Oppo Watch Technical Specs

For the display wise, the 41mm has a 1.6″ Rigid AMOLED display. Whereas, the 46mm comes with a 1.91″ AMOLED Flexible Dual Curved display. LG redefines flip phone with LG Wing

Reading Time: 3 minutes read

Last year Samsung and Huawei redefines the folded smartphone with Galaxy Fold and Huawei Mate X. Today LG has officially redefine the flip smartphone. After weeks of rumours and leaks, finally LG has officially unveils the LG Wing at its headquarters in Seoul, Korea today.

With the LG Wing smartphone users can easily switch between Basic Mode and Swivel Mode. First of all, users can easily flip the LG Wing smartphone sideways like how you can flip the fidget spinner. When you using the phone in Basic Mode, you can use it as a normal smartphone. But, the moment when you flip the screen sideways, things changes. The phone rotates clockwise 90 degrees and then you can view the additional screen underneath.

Similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 2, using the LG Wing you can interact with the second screen without having any interruption. For example, if you are watching YouTube videos, the videos can be played on the main screen and you can continue browsing for videos on the second screen. The best part is the video will be continuously playing in landscape mode. Other use case is to have the map navigation in the main screen and attend to calls in the second screen. Now, let’s see what makes this smartphone great.

LG Wing Technical Specs

First of all, the LG Wing features a 6.8-inch P-OLED FullVision display. Whereas, the second screen it has a smaller display which is a 3.9-inch of G-OLED display. If you notice in the front display, there isn’t a punch-hole to house the front selfie camera.

So instead of putting the camera in the display, LG puts the front camera as the motorized pop-up selfie camera. The front camera has a 32MP sensor which allows you to take great selfies. Over at the rear side, there is a triple camera setup. The design of it looks similar to the latest Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2. LG includes a 64MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide camera and a 12MP ultra-wide big pixel camera.

World’s first gimbal motion camera in a smartphone

There is another feature in the camera which we need to talk about. LG Wing is the world’s first smartphone to equip a complete gimbal feature. Well, the Vivo X50 Pro comes with the world’s first gimbal camera, but it doesn’t have the gimbal controller feature in it. But in the LG Wing, it has the complete gimbal controller feature. You can easily hold the second screen as the gimbal grip for stable video recordings. At the same time, LG Wing also offers functions typically found only on a real gimbal, just as a joystick for controlling the camera angle, a lock to reduce shakes and blurring, a follow mode for smoother videos when moving, pan follow for horizontal movement with minimal up and down shake, and first-person view mode for capturing rhythmic and dynamic movements.

Under the hood, the LG Wing runs on the Snapdragon 765G processor which comes with 5G modem. For the storage wise, the LG Wings either comes in 128GB or 256GB of RAM. Both of these models are mated with an 8GB of RAM. You can add additional storage too up to 2TB using the expandable microSD storage. Keeping the lights on is the 4,000mAh battery which comes with 25W fast charging brick which charges via USB-C.

Overall, we can say that LG has redefined the flip screen smartphone with the LG Wing. But the question is, is this smartphone worth just for the design? Share us your thoughts in the comment section below.

We all know that Instagram is one of the most used social media apps in a smartphone. The reason Instagram became popular is because of its simplicity. You just need to scroll through tons of photos continuously. Due to this reason, many people have started to promote their business on Instagram rather than Facebook.

This has caused advertisers to spend hundreds of dollars to just promote their business. Have you ever seen Instagram influencers promote different types of business on Instagram. If you notice their post, they have the privilege to attach links in their Story.

However, now there is a way for you to achieve that easily. Back in 2016, Facebook has submitted a patent where it will allow you to add captions to your post directly. But, there is a catch in it. Facebook will require you to pay $2 in order for you to share the link in the Instagram post.

The traditional method of doing this is to the following text in the post; “Check out the link in our Bio page”. We need to assume that your Instagram followers will be clicking the link from your Bio page in order to check out the posted link. But some desperate users probably might be willing to pay $2 for a link in a post. Unless you want to share your content links then you need to have at least 10,000 Instagram followers in order to share link in your Stories. Do you have 10,000 followers now?

This looks like a Facebook new earning model. We are sure that desperate users surely will spend money to share links on their post. The reason is with a link you can easily click the link directly from the post itself rather than clicking the link in the bio.

In a nutshell, it is weird that it has been four years and yet Facebook rolls out this feature. Will you pay $2 to share links on post? Share us your thoughts in the comment section below.

Is the Galaxy Z Fold 2 worth buying for RM8K?

Reading Time: 3 minutes read

Samsung has just officially unveiled the Galaxy Z Fold 2 during its Unpacked 2 event which took place on 1st September 2020. Before the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 was unveiled, the technical specs have been leaked online. And now, the device is officially available for pre-order. But before that, you should first ask yourself whether is it worth buying the Galaxy Z Fold 2 for RM8K?

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 Specs

First of all, let’s talk about the official technical specs of the Galaxy Z Fold 2. We know the fans are surely excited when Samsung launches its second generation foldable smartphone. But with the price point of approximately RM8K, you need to consider it first. As usual, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 comes in two types of display. One is the cover display and the other one is the inner display.

For the Cover display wise, the Z Fold 2 has a 6.2″ Super AMOLED display. This comes with a 90Hz screen refresh rate and also it is protected with the Corning Gorilla glass. Whereas, the folded display comes with a 7.6″ Dynamic AMOLED display. It has a 120Hz of screen refresh rate.

Under the hood, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor. With this processor, the Fold 2 is mated with a 12GB of RAM and a 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The highest model comes with a 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. However, there is no support for expandable storage in the Galaxy F Fold 2. For the OS wise, the device runs on the latest Android 10.

Speaking about the camera, the rear cameras design is similar to the latest Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 comes with a triple camera setup where all the three cameras is a 12MP sensor. First is the main camera, and then the telephoto camera and then an ultra-wide camera. Thank god, Samsung did not include the macro camera for the Galaxy Z Fold 2.

Keeping the lights on is the dual battery 4,500mAh battery which comes with a 25W fast charging brick via USB-C. The Z Fold 2 also supports 11W fast-wireless charging and also 4.5W of reverse wireless charging.

Is the Fold 2 worth?

Honestly, Samsung have done same major upgrades to the Z Fold 2 compared to the first generation Fold. But, at the price of RM8K, personally we felt, it’s not worth buying now. One of the reason is, the folded design still has the gap between the cover display and folded display. Unlike the Huawei Mate X which closes the gap tightly.

Other than that, we feel that spending RM8K for a smartphone especially during this pandemic period is not worth. Hundreds thousands of people out there are jobless now. Anything can happen to anyone. With the RM8K, probably it could be useful during the emergency cases. And also, the Z Fold 2 is made for the business people who mostly uses their smartphone as their PC. If you are in that category, then we will strongly recommend getting the Z Fold 2.

With similar specs, there are many smartphones out there. Even the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is worth buying too. Additionally, the Note 20 Ultra also comes with similar specs as the Z Fold 2.

In conclusion, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has some great specs compared to its first generation Fold. Share us your thoughts on the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in the comment section below.

Telegram finally brings this feature to Android and iOS

Reading Time: 2 minutes read

Telegram is a social messaging app which is similar to Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. In Telegram, there are many unique features which even WhatsApp doesn’t have it. But the certain feature which existed in WhatsApp does not exist in the Telegram app. Especially during this global pandemic period, many people have been using WhatsApp video calls most of the time to interact with their loved ones.

Finally, we can say that Telegram is also jumping on the bandwagon. We can say this is one of the most awaited features for Telegram. Sometimes it’s weird to see Telegram is the only which doesn’t support video calling. One of the main reason people tend to use Telegram is because of the security feature which is better than WhatsApp.

According to Telegram in its blog post, the video call feature will be supported in both iOS and Android devices. Well, we all know that even WhatsApp offers secure video calls. But Telegram is taking one step ahead of WhatsApp and Facebook. First of all, Telegram offers end-to-end encryption (E2E) similar to WhatsApp and Facebook. But, in Telegram, as the user, you can easily verify whether your video call is encrypted by checking the four emojis in the top right corner with your chat partner. The best part is this happens in realtime. Telegram also confirms that it will be rolling out group video calls in the coming months.

To confirm your connection, compare the four emoji shown on-screen for you and your chat partner – if they match, your call is 100% secured by time-tested encryption also used in Telegram’s Secret Chats and Voice Calls.

Apart from that, to celebrate its 7th anniversary, Telegram also added more animated emojis. If you have watched the Emoji movie before, then you know what we are talking about. When it comes to a relationship, couples tend to use Telegram more than WhatsApp due to its end-to-end encryption also its self-destruct message feature. Well, in this newly added emojis there are a few emojis which are more related for couples. You probably might already know what we are talking about here. So let’s stop going deep on this topic.

In conclusion, Telegram is one of the most secure and trusted messaging apps. In case you haven’t tried Telegram before, then you should indeed give it a try though.
