Infinix is yet to unveil its first foldable smartphone, the Infinix Zero Flip. While it is still not known when the device will be released to the market, some of the features of the device have been revealed. Such leaks together with local retailers listing the phone have boosted people’s expectations.

The Zero Flip has been spotted at local retailers on the eve of its actual release, with the asking price set at RM2,999 in Malaysia. Contrary to earlier devices, the phone is likely to be available in a single storage capacity option. Customers will be able to choose between two color options, pink and black.

The Zero Flip boasts a major display of 6.7 inch AMOLED for the main screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the measured square cover display size is 3.64 inches and includes 120Hz refresh rate technology. This cover screen encircles the cameras as we have seen in the Xiaomi Mix Flip.

The screen of this Zero Flip cover is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. But the exact version of the glass is left unknown. The device also assures to delivery of a smooth and long-lasting display through this sophisticated technology.

Xiaomi plans on bringing more foldable phones to the market with the Xiaomi Mix Flip available worldwide. This interesting clamshell style has received attention all over the world. Currently, the gadget doesn’t operate in Malaysia but, the company’s CEO Lei Jun somewhat suggested that it is a possibility. During the announcement on X, he added that the Mix Flip will be launched internationally beginning this month.

Other foldable Xiaomi devices that have been launched include four Mix Fold models. Still, the Mix Flip is their initial foldable device utilizing a clamshell design. Its main feature is the cover screen that spans 4.01 inches and is an edge-to-edge touchscreen display.

For its part, the Mix Flip has an AMOLED cover screen with a PPI of 460 and a refresh rate of 120Hz.
