Next week, Apple is expecting to reveal its new streaming service to its consumers. Today, Apple has launched two various devices such as the iPad Air and the iPad Mini. A few hours ago, Apple has launched the new iMac series with a powerful processor and better graphics.
Apple launches two new variants of iMac which are 21.5-inch and 27-inch model. The 21.5-inch model comes with the 8th Gen processor. You can either choose the quad-core i3 or six-core i5 processor. Not only that but you also able to choose between two different GPU, Radeon Pro 555X or Radeon Pro 560X by default. The display it supports is the 4K resolution.
However, the 27-inch iMac comes with Intel six-core i5 processor. You are also able to choose the 9th Gen processor too. The main GPU which it uses are Radeon Pro 570X, 575X, and 580X. You can choose the GPU which you interested in the Apple Store website. Apart from that, this model of iMac also comes with the 8GB RAM by default and allowing users to upgrade the RAM up to 64GB. The display resolution it supports is 5K resolution.
If you are planning to buy the new iMac both models are price at RM5599.00 and RM7699.00 respectively.
After four years, Apple also launches the new iPad Mini today apart from the new iPad Air. The new iPad Mini comes with a 7.9-inches Retina display with true tone technology. The new iPad Mini comes with 10-hour battery life in a single charge. This means you can use your iPad Mini all day.
Moreover, the new iPad Mini also comes with the same home button with Touch ID. The iPad Mini is powered by the same A12 bionic chip which the new iPad Air uses. In addition, the iPad Mini also supports the original Apple Pencil same as the iPad Air. However, the iPad Mini does not support the Smart Keyboard to be used as the keyboard. But you can always pair different Bluetooth keyboard to it.
Apart from that, the new iPad Mini comes in three colors too same as the iPad Air. The base model starts at RM1699.00. This is the cheapest iPad ever made by Apple. If you can’t afford the new iPad Air, then you should go for this iPad Mini. As for now, you might not able to order the iPad Mini on the Apple Store.
Apple brings back the iPad Air after five years. This time it features a bigger display of 10.5-inch Retina Display. The new iPad Air also supports the original Apple Pencil. This means as for now, the new iPad Air does not support the second generation of Apple Pencil. The new iPad Air display design is almost the same as the previous generation of the iPad Pro. Part of the collaboration would be few aeronautics firms which includes France Safran.

Last week, more than 10 students arrested in the city of Ahmedabad. Another 16 people arrested in the city of Rajkot. Most of the youths are upset about this new restriction in India. According to Gujarat’s police commissioner Manoj Agarwal, the game was banned on March 6 because it was too addictive for students mainly. According to the report from Hindustan Times, one of the minister in Goa called the game “a demon in every house”. It is not only PUBG even Fortnite also is one of the battle royale game which is famous in India too. However, this game has not received such restrictions yet.
In a statement by PUBG Mobile said “We were surprised to learn that local communities in a few cities have decided to impose the ban on playing our game. We are working to understand the legal basis as such bans, and hope we can have a constructive dialogue with relevant authorities to explain our objective and that they withdraw the prohibition.” From their statement, we can see that PUBG Mobile is working hard to remove the ban in India.
Few days ago, Negeri Sembilan Mufti Datuk Mohd Yusof Ahmad said that government should consider banning this game because it give negative impact to the children and youths. Another reason he told was it is inappropriate for Muslims.
YouTube is the platform which everyone uses to upload any type of videos. Every viral videos are from YouTube. There are a lot of videos which sometimes brings hatred to people. Since then YouTube is trying its best to remove all the hateful videos from its platform. Google has even hired more than thousands of employee to work as a human moderator for the uploaded videos.
With the recent mass shooting attack in New Zealand, the shooter has live stream his video on Facebook. Although Facebook has removed the videos immediately, but other people who watched the video have downloaded it and uploaded it to YouTube.
In YouTube, you might find a lot of videos which are related to the attack. According to Google, they are working round the clock to remove all the violent footage from the attack. The videos of the attack are still can be found from the platform.
YouTube has created a tool called Content ID which is used to block certain videos from ever showing up on the site. This method was used many years ago. Mostly film studios who has their own copyright, they will have the ability to claim their content. They even can get paid if someone uses their content without prior permission. Therefore, this technology has been used by YouTube to even block videos such as child pornography and terrorist propaganda videos.
The other method YouTube used to remove those violent videos is by developing its own AI. Five years ago, Google has developed its own AI which uses machine learning and image recognition techniques to identify the videos. In combination with that, YouTube developed a flagging system which works with AI. This was introduced in mid-2017. Using this technique, YouTube has removed more than half of the videos has been blocked for displaying violent contents.
Why YouTube cantstop those video being uploaded?
Even Google hired thousands of workers they still can’t stop the attack videos being uploaded. According to Rasty Turek, CEO of Pex told that it is easy to trick the computers. You can make small changes to the video by putting a frame around it. Moreover, you even can flip the video on other side which causes the software could not able to detect those videos.
Live streaming is one of the major problems on YouTube. YouTube AI not able to analyze the video before it is being uploaded. No matter how good is their AI, the moment when YouTube AI recognizes the video content, the video might have been playing for at least 30 seconds. YouTube is still working on ways to block live streams videos on YouTube.

Previously, there is no filter to autoplay the types of videos on your feed. Now, browsers such as Google and Firefox have built-in a feature in its own browsers respectively where you can turn off the autoplay feature.
Turn off autoplay feature in Facebook
To turn off the autoplay feature in browser is straight forward. First, navigate to the Settings menu from the drop down menu at the top right of the page. Then click on the Videos on the left side of the page. Then you can see there is a button to turn off the auto play feature.
If you are using Facebook for iOS and Android then you have to follow the steps below.
Navigate to the menu page by clicking on the fifth button on the bottom of your screen.
Then, tap the “Settings & Privacy” which is located above the Logout button.
Then tap the “Settings” button.
Next, you should scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find “Media and contacts” and then tap on the “Videos and photos”.
The last step is you will be able to find the Autoplay feature to be turned off.
Turn off autoplay feature in Twitter
If you are using the browser to use Twitter then it is very simple. You have click on your profile picture on the top right side of the page. Next, then click on the “Settings and privacy” button. Then scroll down you will see the checkbox to disable the autoplay feature for the videos. Uncheck on it to disable this feature.
If you are using Twitter for iOS and Android then you have to follow the steps below.
Tap on your profile picture at the top of your screen.
Select the “Settings and privacy” from the menu screen.
Navigate to “Data usage”. Under the section set the “Video autoplay” option to “never”.
Our advice to you would be it is better to off this feature to make sure you don’t embarrass yourself.
Snap Inc is planning to launch its first gaming platform next month reported by Cheddar. The gaming platform will feature lots of games which will work specifically for the Snapchat app.
According to Cheddar, the new games could be unveiled at Snap Inc’s first summit in Los Angeles next month. Soon, we also could witness some video initiatives which could be announced at the summit too. As for now, Snap Inc has not responded to the comments.
