Earlier this week, one of the WhatsApp co-founder, Brian Acton came as a speaker at Stanford University. With him, another former Facebook employee joined, Ellora Israni, the founder of She++. Acton was speaking to the students regarding his decision to sell WhatsApp to Facebook and also he urges the students to delete their Facebook accounts.
According to Buzzfeed News, was sharing the reason he left Facebook. During 2018, Facebook had an issue with data privacy which involves Cambridge Analytica. Acton tweeted to delete Facebook account. This year, he is telling once again to delete your Facebook account. The main reason he left Facebook is, Facebook wanted to use WhatsApp to monetize its services.
