Nokia is back in the business again by launching Nokia 2.2 for the rest of the countries. On Friday, HMD Global, the company who bought Nokia from Microsoft launches the Nokia 2.2 smartphone in Malaysia. This phone is part of the Nokia 2 series. You just have to pay RM399 to get this entry-level smartphone.

Specifications

Talking about the specifications, the Nokia 2.2 has a 5.71-inch HD+ display with a 720 X 1520 pixels. This phone supports a microSD card up to 400GB. This phone comes with either a 16GB internal storage or 32GB internal storage. Both this model has 2GB and 3GB of RAMs respectively. According to HMD Global, Nokia 2.2 will be running on the latest Android Pie OS. We are still not sure yet whether this phone will support Google next Android Q OS.

Coming to the camera sensors, the back of the phone comes with a 13MP f/2.2 sensor whereas the front selfie camera comes with a 5MP camera sensor only. Since this is a low-end device, Nokia plans to stick with a lower pixel front camera sensor. The Nokia 2.2 smartphone is powered by MediaTek Helio A22 SoC and has a 3,000mAh of battery in it.

Despite being the entry-level smartphone, Nokia 2.2 comes with some cool features such as facial biometric technology where you can use your face to unlock your phone. Other than that, since this phone runs on the Android operating system, it supports all the Google features such as Google Assistant. Additionally, there is a button on the side of the phone which is dedicated to the Google Assistant only. Users can use this feature to get your things done easily within just a few taps.

In conclusion, this is one of the cheapest smartphones which you can get at this moment. The Nokia 2.2 comes with two colors only which are Steel and Tungsten Black.
