Back in a week, Malindo confirmed it has been hit by a massive data breach. During this data breach activity, millions of passengers personal information have been leaked. Information such as passport details, home addresses, and phone numbers has been leaked on the Internet. A week after, Malindo has provided its customers with its findings over the incident.
From its findings, Malindo says the data exposure has been contained. According to the independent security firm which Malindo hires, confirms two ex-employees of its e-commerce services provider GoQuo (M) Sdn Bhd are the main culprit. These employees are the development team from India. They had accessed to Malindo Air cloud server and stole the personal data of its passengers.
Malindo has reported it to both its counterparts in Malaysia and India. Now, Malindo Air is working closely with the relevant agencies including the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Commissioners and the National Cyber Security Agency (NACSA) as well as their counterparts overseas.
At this moment, Malindo also confirms none of its passenger payment details has been compromised. Besides that, Malindo firmly says that this data breach incident has nothing to do with its data architecture or its Amazon Web Services cloud provider. It strongly says the whole system is fully secure as it is.
For precaution steps, Malindo Air has also initiated auto-rest of all its customer’s passwords. If you receive any kind of suspicious calls from Malindo, you can reach out to its customer care via email; customer_care@malindoair.com.

Last week, Apple unveils three models of the iPhone 11 which are iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. During the event, Apple says this is the most durable smartphone ever. This is because Apple uses the world’s toughest glass for the iPhone 11. It pretty seems convincing even in the video drop test by Apple. However, a real drop test video will prove how durable the iPhone 11 is.
Today, we have the proof that iPhone 11 “world’s toughest glass” is not that tough at it seems. When in the morning we watch the video from YouTuber EverythingApplePro, we know this glass is easily breakable. You can watch the video below. Make sure, you make your heart stronger before watching it.
When we start watching the video, the iPhone 11 did not broke until the shoulder height. It was very convincing at first actually. But then when he dropped the iPhone from above the ladder which is around 10-feet, the both the back and front glass shattered. Despite that, the iPhone is still usable without any issues. That’s a plus point for Apple.
No matter how durable Apple says the iPhone 11 glass is, it still breaks. But we have to thank Apple for making such a durable phone where it took more drops for it to drop. If you notice the previous iPhone it got shatters easily when it drops from the shoulder height. Kudos Apple!
Finally, our advice to you all would be since you have spent a few thousand dollars for the iPhone why not consider getting a durable smartphone case. Checkout dBrand Grip case for iPhone 11. Personally we would say this is a super durable smartphone case we have ever seen for a smartphone.

Malindo Air is one of the famous airline company in Malaysia where most of the Malaysians uses it to travel to overseas. It is one of Lion Air subsidiaries airline company. Today we got to know that Malindo Air faces a massive data breach where millions of passengers personal information has been leaked. Personal information such as passport details, home addresses and phone numbers has been leaked on the Internet.
Chandran Rama Murthy, who is the CEO of Malindo Air confirms the data breach activity to South China Morning Post. He says that his company has started to work on this matter. Malindo Air has already informed the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to further investigate on this matter. According to Chandran, Malindo Air will be hiring an independent cybersecurity firm to do a full forensic analysis of this massive data breach.
Does this massive data breach happen today?
Actually, Malindo finds out about this data breach last week itself already. However, Malindo noted that this data breach happened last month itself. This is not the first time Malaysia faces a massive data breach. A few months ago, Sephora had data breach too where millions of online customers details were compromised.
Back to Malindo Air, all the passenger’s personal data is stored in the Amazon public cloud storage. Anything which is stored in a public server is easier accessible. What happened was, all the passenger details were leaked online by a figure known as Spectre. The Spectre has published all the passenger’s detail on the dark web.
Thanks to a cybersecurity expert, Nandakishore Harikumar found it while he was carrying out security operation for his client. Both Vivo and Oppo are the main smartphone makers who define new technology in its smartphones. Previously, Oppo shows off its new “Waterfall Screen” technology in its upcoming Oppo smartphone. Today, Vivo is taking a further step to unveils the official smartphone itself with Waterfall FullView display. It is the all-new NEX 3 5G.
According to Vivo, this phone has an almost 99.6 percentage of screen-to-body ratio. That almost covers the phone bezels and makes it bezeless. Vivo is the world’s first smartphone to feature the Waterfall FullView OLED display. Since this device has a high screen-to-body ratio, there aren’t any rooms for the buttons on the side of the Vivo NEX 3 5G.
In order to overcome this issue, Vivo introduces a new feature called Touch Sense. This feature replaces the physical buttons with virtual buttons. The Touch Sense works by giving haptic feedback to the phone. Other than that, Vivo will remain to use the same pop-up selfie cameras which existed in the Vivo V15 Pro.
Besides that, the Vivo NEX 3 5G also features a triple-camera setup under the circular camera bump. This is almost similar to the upcoming Huawei Mate 30 Pro which will be launching on Thursday. However, Vivo is calling the circular bump as the Lunar Ring. The rear has a 64MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 13MP telephoto lens.
Under the hood, it has a huge 4,500mAh battery which supports Super FlashCharge 44W fast charging technology. With this technology, you can charge your phone full within 30 minutes. We have the complete list of the technical specifications and the pricing details below. Click this button to find out more about the Vivo NEX 3 5G.
In conclusion, Vivo says this phone will be available worldwide in the coming months. The exact date is not revealed yet. The device could be reaching to Malaysia shores by November at most. We will update you guys once the official date is revealed by Vivo Malaysia.
Huawei is ready to announce Huawei Mate 30 series smartphone this Thursday. As the launch date is nearing, Twitter user Evan Blass has leaked the whole lineups of Huawei Mate 30 series smartphones. Personally, we are excited about this device launch because this is Huawei’s first smartphone to launchwithout the support of Google.
Huawei Mate 30
The first series in Mate 30 lineups is the base model which is the Huawei Mate 30. Looking at the images below, Huawei Mate 30 has a small notch at the top. The notch is similar to the iPhone 11 Pro notch. There are two cameras in the front, which we are guessing is for facial recognition.
The rear of the Huawei Mate 30, has a big circular camera bump which is similar to the rumours. It will be having a quad-camera which the sensor details is yet to be revealed.

Huawei Mate 30 Lite
Apart from the Huawei Mate 30, Huawei will be launching Huawei Mate 30 Lite too. From the name itself, we can conclude this is the most affordable phone in the Huawei Mate 30 lineups.
Since this is an affordable smartphone, many features are different compared to the Pro version. First of all, the square camera bumps still remain as in the Huawei Mate 20. For the camera wise, Huawei Mate 30 Lite features a 48MP quad-camera setup. However, the display it uses could probably be an LCD display. This is because the fingerprint scanner is at the rear of the Mate 30 Lite.
For the front, Huawei Mate 30 Lite has a punch-hole display for the front selfie camera. By looking at the image below, the back of this device could be made of plastic-type.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro
Now, let’s look at the Pro version in the Huawei Mate 30 series smartphones. The front of the device is a curved display at both sides of the device. It looks similar to the Galaxy Note 10 dual-curved display. This makes the Huawei Mate 30 Pro have a higher screen-to-body ratio. The notches in the front are wider too compared to the Huawei Mate 30.
Other than that, the rear of the Pro version still remains the circular quad-camera bump. Besides that, by looking at the image below, we are hoping this device to have IP68 protection. Apart from that, based on the display design, Huawei Mate 30 Pro might be having the in-display fingerprint scanner.
The last model in the Huawei Mate 30 lineups is the Porsche edition. This seems to be a limited edition Huawei Mate 30 smartphone. First of all, it comes in two colours which are red and black. The rear is wrapped with leather which gives you the premium feel when you hold it.
Personally, we like the placement of the quad-cameras. The reason is there isn’t circular bump at the rear which seems cool. The quad-cameras are placed on the vertical black panel as shown in the image below.
