This flagship drone can fly up to 43 minutes and has obstacle-sensing technology. It can transmit HD video up to 15 km away. The Mavic 3 Pro is perfect for creators who want to push their creativity to the limit. Ferdinand Wolf, Creative Director at DJI, said they always improve their products to capture stunning scenery and visual storytelling. The Mavic 3 Pro has three cameras that allow users to switch between shot compositions with just one tap. This saves time and gives creators more variety in their shots. DJI is excited to see how people will use the drone to change how viewers see space and distance.

The Mavic 3 Pro has three cameras with different focal(24mm, 70mm, and 166mm), which allow users to capture a variety of shots. The wide-angle camera establishes the environment, the medium tele camera focuses on a specific location, and the third camera captures details or characters. The Mavic 3 Pro uses a Hasselblad Natural Colour Solution(HNCS) that restores colors accurately, so users don’t need to do complex color presets in post-production.

The Mavic 3 Pro can capture high-quality video at up to 5.1K at 50fps or DCI 4K at 120fps. It has a new 10-bit D-Log M color mode that supports recording up to one billion colors. This mode provides natural color gradations with delicate details for a full-spectrum visual experience. It also reduces the difficulty of color grading in post-production. For professional creators who want to push the image quality even further, the Mavic 3 Pro Cine provides extensive options. All three cameras support Apple ProRes encoding, and it has a built-in 1TB SSD and a 10Gbps data cable to facilitate professional workflows.

The medium tele camera has a 1/1.3″ CMOS sensor and 3x optical zoom. It is capable of 48MP/12MP photos, and 4K/60fps video, and supports the new D-log M. It compresses the depth of field and focus to highlight the subject and give a unique sense of depth and space. The Mavic 3 Pro has an enhanced tele camera with increased resolution, aperture, and video frame rate. It supports shooting 4K/60fps video with 7x optical zoom and 12MP photos. The hybrid zoom reaches up to 28x, allowing for safe observation of distant objects and animals.

The Mavic 3 Pro has a long battery life of up to 43 minutes to give creators more time to focus on their shots. The drone has eight vision sensors to detect obstacles and avoid them. The DJI O3+ transmission system provides a stable, clear camera view at a distance of up to 15 km. The drone also has features such as Waypoint Flight, Cruise Control, and Advanced RTH for an enhanced flight experience. Waypoint Flight automatically plans a flight route based on preset waypoints. Cruise Control allows for smoother camera movement during manual control, and Advanced RTH determines a safe and efficient flight route back to its home point.

The DJI Mavic 3 Pro Hasselblad camera has an Advanced RTH feature that automatically determines a safe and efficient flight route back to its home point. The DJI Mavic 3 Pro is available for pre-order until May 8, 2023, from several platforms such as DJI’s official online store, DJI Flagship Store, and DJI Official Authorized Retail Stores. The Mavic 3 Pro, Mavic 3 Classic, and Mavic 3 are compatible with the latest DJI Goggles Integra, DJI Goggles 2, and DJI RC Motion 2. Honor Magic 5 Pro Review: My First Two Weeks Using It

Reading Time: 4 minutes read

Honor Malaysia has recently launched the Honor Magic 5 series to all its Malaysian Honor fans. Especially the Honor Magic 5 Pro has received a huge response from Malaysians. I have gotten a chance to play around with the Honor Magic 5 Pro.

During these two weeks, I have used the Honor Magic 5 Pro as my daily driver. Starting from browsing emails in the morning up to scrolling through my social media feeds at night, this phone has impressed me each time.

First of all, let me share with you guys the specs of the Honor Magic 5 Pro.

Honor Magic 5 Pro Technical Specifications

Firstly, over at the display side, this phone features a 6.81″ OLED display. The Honor Magic 5 Pro does not have not only a dual-curved display but a quad-curved display. I am really impressed with the display because it really feels so premium. Not only that, it even has a 120Hz adaptive screen refresh rate. This is really suitable when I am playing games or reading a long article on this phone. According to DXOMark, Honor Magic 5 Pro has the best display compared to overall smartphones.

Under the hood, the Honor Magic 5 Pro runs on Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The processing time is much faster than its predecessor Honor Magic 4 Pro. On top of that, this phone uses the Adreno 740 GPU. I have played a few high graphics games and am impressed with the display quality. I will be sharing a more in-depth review soon.

When it comes to capturing stunning photos, the camera specs of this smartphone are a standout feature that will leave you in awe. The Honor Magic 5 Pro comes with a triple camera setup. First of all, it has a 50MP wide camera which you can use to take stunning photos of a landscape. Then, it has a 50MP ultra-wide camera followed by 50MP periscope telephoto camera. The front side of this phone has a 12MP front camera for all selfie lovers.

Powering this gigantic phone is the 5,100mAh battery which lights up the phone for almost a full day. It even supports 66W SuperCharge fast charging technology. So most of the time, I don’t really need to worry about charging the Honor Magic 5 Pro.

Is the Honor Magic 5 Pro really the best camera phone?

During my time using the Honor Magic 5 Pro, I really had a good time taking photos using this phone. Most of the wide-camera photos are very sharp and the colours are vibrant. Unlike other Android smartphones, it doesn’t fake photos with filters.

Low-light photography on this phone is quite good as well. I tried taking a couple of night shots and I have to say that the huge image sensor, tries to take in as many lights as possible to brighten the photos.

I even tried to capture some cool moonshots using this phone. The photos of the moon are really nice only until 40X. If I zoom in until 100X, then the picture of the moon is very blurry.

Well, for now, it just has been two weeks of using the Honor Magic 5 Pro. Soon, I will share my in-depth review after using the Honor Magic 5 Pro for one month.

Instagram Introduces TikTok-Style Reels Editing and Discovery Updates

Reading Time: 2 minutes read

Instagram made changes to its Reels feature to make it easier to edit videos and find trending content. Users can now edit uploaded video clips, audio, stickers, and text overlays all in one screen, instead of doing it separately. There is a timeline editing feature that helps to line up audio and video clips, making transitions smoother. This change makes it easier and more efficient to create and edit Reels on Instagram.

Instagram has added a new way for users to find popular videos on Reels. Previously, users couldn’t quickly see what was gaining traction on Reels. The New Reels page gathers hashtags and songs that are currently trending on Instagram, along with how many videos are using that particular audio. Users can save the audio for later or use it for their own videos directly. This feature helps users find popular content and create their own videos using trending audio.

The update also includes tools for creators to analyze the performance of their content and engage with fans. A new addition to the analytics dashboard will show the total time audiences spent watching a Reel, including replays, as well as the average watch time of the video. It will also notify creators when a new follower found them through a Reel video. To keep content creators happy with how they make money on the platform, Instagram has added a gifting feature to Reels. Creators can see which fans have sent them virtual gifts and acknowledge them by tapping a heart icon. This feature is a way for creators to monetize their content and get support from their fans.

Elon Musk Launches X.AI: A New AI Company Incorporated in Nevada

Reading Time: < 1 minute read

Elon Musk has created a new company called X.AI for artificial intelligence. The company was incorporated in Nevada last month and Musk is the director. Jared Birchall, the director of Musk’s family office, is listed as the secretary. Rumors have been circulating for days about Musk starting an AI company. Musk purchased thousands of graphic processing units(GPUs) for an upcoming generative AI product. He reportedly sought funding from SpaceX and Tesla investors to get the company started.

During a Twitter Spaces interview, Musk didn’t mention plans to build an AI company when asked about the GPUs he purchased. The name X.AI matches the branding of Musk’s X Corp. name on Twitter. Musk has been openly opposed to OpenAI, an AI organization he co-founded in 2015 but walked away from in 2018. He recently signed a letter calling for a pause on “giant AI experiments.” OpenAI is responsible for technology like ChatGPT and GPT-4, which Microsoft and Google are integrating into their products.

Unifi’s Fibre Broadband Plan Falls Short of ‘True 2Gbps’ Speed: An SEO Title Analysis

0
Reading Time: 2 minutes read

Unifi Fibre Broadband now offers 2Gbps and 1Gbps plans. Time Fibre’s 2Gbps service offers true 2Gbps speed, but Unifi’s 2Gbps plan offers an aggregated download speed. Unifi’s 2Gbps plan is like having 2 separate 1Gbps connections, instead of one connection with a max speed of 2Gbps. This allows for more devices to be connected with their own dedicated 1Gbps bandwidth.

Unifi’s provided Optical Network Router has 4 LAN ports. Each port can deliver up to 1Gbps to a third-party router, Mesh node, or other wired devices. 2Gbps and 1Gbps plan subscribers get an Optical Network Unit and a Mesh WiFi unit. The Mesh WiFi extends the WiFi coverage of your home.

Unifi offers two fibre broadband plans: 2Gbps and 1Gbps. The 2Gbps plan costs RM399/month, while the 1Gbps plan is RM349/month (introductory offer). Both plans come with free voice calls and an Unifi TV Ultimate Pack with 7 streaming apps. If you sign up, the installation will be within 24 hours and any interruption will be fixed within 12 business hours. The 2Gbps plan has an upload speed of 1Gbps, while the 1Gbps plan has an upload speed of 500Mbps. Both plans are available nationwide, but subject to port availability. You can check your coverage on their website.

TM may not have 10G PON technology, which enables faster fibre broadband connectivity up to 10Gbps. Time is the first in Malaysia to commercially deploy 10G PON, which allows them to offer true 2Gbps connection for home users. Time’s 2Gbps plan costs RM379 and comes with a 2Gbps-ready WiFi 6 router that has one 2.5Gbps LAN port and supports AX6000 wireless standard.

Most fibre broadband providers in Singapore, such as ViewQwest, M1, MyRepublic, and Singtel, also offer 2x 1Gbps plans. Earlier this year, TM signed an MoU with ZTE Malaysia to collaborate on optical network research. The collaboration aims to introduce the first 50Gbps bandwidth experience in Malaysia.

New Spyware Scandal: Watchdog Reveals Targeting of Journalists and Politicians in Israel

Reading Time: < 1 minute read

A new type of spyware, similar to Pegasus, was found by Canada’s Citizen Lab. It was used to spy on journalists and politicians in different countries. The spyware was created by a company called QuaDream Limited, founded by a former Israeli military official and NSO employee.

Citizen Lab identified five people who were targeted by the QuaDream spyware in different regions. The victims include journalists, opposition politicians, and NGO employees. However, their identities were not disclosed.

Governments and agencies have used spyware programs like Pegasus to spy on dissidents and activists. Citizen Lab said that QuaDream spyware can record calls, take pictures and search device files without the user’s knowledge. Once installed on a phone or computer, the spyware can operate secretly.

The QuaDream spyware can generate passwords and security codes to access the device owner’s cloud accounts. This allows the spyware to have continuous access to the accounts without the owner’s knowledge.
