Fitbit recently introduced its latest fall lineup of wearables, which combine Fitbit’s health and wellness tools with Google’s artificial intelligence. This lineup includes the Inspire 3, Versa 4, and Sense 2. These devices are even thinner and more comfortable, allowing you to wear them all day and night without needing to charge them.

Looking at the first device, the Inspire 3 is a fun and simple health tracker that will help you keep tabs on your vitals for 10 days before needing a recharge. It’s an excellent entry-level device with a vibrant colour display that can track key metrics at our most affordable price point.

While for the Versa 4, there are over 40 exercise modes, real-time stats, built-in GPS, and Active Zone Minutes all come standard on the wearable. It is a fitness-focused smartwatch that boasts 6 days of battery life, is thinner and lighter, and comes with Premium features like Daily Readiness Score to help you meet your activity goals.

The Sense 2, on the other hand, is their most advanced health-focused smartwatch, with a battery life of more than six days and most notably sensors that can detect signs of atrial fibrillation through our ECG app and PPG algorithm (both FDA-cleared and CE-marked), heart rate variability, skin temperature, and more. It also comes with the brand-new Body Response sensor, which monitors cEDA throughout the day for stress control.

With all these devices, you are able to motivate yourself and track your progress toward your fitness goals by tracking your heart rate, sleep, stress levels, and other biomarkers with the Fitbit app. Also, you can keep track of your glucose levels, mood, nutrition, menstrual cycle, and hydration levels in one convenient place.

You can choose from a variety of user-friendly gadgets whether you’re interested in bettering your mental health, training for a marathon, or establishing a new health and wellness routine. These wearables are available for pre-order at Fitbit’s official website and selected global retailers, with worldwide availability in September.
