The main highlight of this update is the new call waiting support. This is something important to all of us. If you notice most of the callers are calling via WhatsApp because it is free. Maybe in the future, we can see everyone will be using WhatsApp to call their friends. With this new update, you can choose to accept an incoming WhatsApp call while you are on the line with another call.
Another feature of WhatsApp which is quite notable is the new privacy settings. Now you can control who can add you to a group. Previously, when your friends add you into a group immediately your name will be added to the member list. But now, you have the rights to choose whether to accept or reject the invite. You can find this new setting in the Settings->Account->Privacy->Groups.
