Very recently, it introduced a batch of new features in Gemini. The features included are a visual glow around its floating window. Now it will provide the facility so that the user can interact with it without opening the application. The glowing effect will make the chatbot viewable and accessible to all.
Now, it’s going to let the Gemini window expand to three-quarters of the screen. This adds much more immersion into the conversations while being able to keep your current app or screen in view. Those who want a full Gemini still have the ability through an icon in the top right corner of the window.

The update also allows users to drag and drop Gemini-created images directly into Google Messages and Gmail. The feature makes Gemini’s capabilities more accessible within daily communication apps, allowing the sharing and utilization of images created by the chatbot to be easier.

Finally, the “Ask about this video” feature on YouTube allows users to obtain summaries and ask questions about videos from within an app. This adds a whole new dimension to interaction with video content in a much more informative and interactive way. The new features will begin to go live in the coming weeks for all Gemini and Gemini Advanced users.
