The wait is almost over. Vivo Malaysia will soon be launching the Vivo V19 in Malaysia sooner than expected. The Vivo V19 is happened to be the first smartphone from Vivo in 2020. Today, we received information from Vivo which says the Vivo V19 has already passed the SIRIM certification.

Every smartphone before launching in Malaysia, it has to go through the SIRIM certification first. This includes smartphones from Apple and Samsung too. Once SIRIM approval is received, then the smartphone maker will be preparing the launch event to officially unveil the smartphone.

From the image above, the SIRIM approval was received under the device name “vivo 1933”. This smartphone is officially registered under the Vivo Technologies Sdn Bhd. However, we haven’t received the official invitation from Vivo Malaysia yet. Could Vivo conduct a live stream to launch the Vivo V19 similar to Huawei P40 live stream launch?

There are chances also for Vivo Malaysia to cancel the Vivo V19 smartphone launch due to the Coronavirus outbreak in Malaysia. Anyways, we will update you on the latest information regarding this once we receive official confirmation from Vivo Malaysia itself.
