Many Ubisoft games experience performance problems after installing the newest Windows 11 Update 24H2. Players have complained of frame rates, black screens, and randomness of crashes while playing games. Microsoft and Ubisoft are informed of and taking necessary actions to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Affected games include Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Assassin’s Creed Origins, and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. Other such titles as Star Wars Outlaws and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey are also affected. These problems are serious enough and interfere with the game rather cruelly.
However, Ubisoft has already provided the early patch to significantly reduce the instances of problems as reported earlier. Yet, it lowers frame rates during gameplay. The general public should be ready for some compromises in performance until this final fix rolls in.

Both companies are developing a better package to answer most of the performance complaints. Sadly, to this date, there is still no exact release date announced for the last patch.
Players suffering from problems should update their games and follow the statements on their part of Microsoft and Ubisoft. This is still a developing issue where developers need to come up with a permanent solution in the first place.
