microSD cards are the future of data storage device. Nowadays, mobile phones are equipped with external storage support except for Apple’s iPhone. A few weeks back, Samsung sells Samsung Evo Select 512GB microSD card for $99 (RM410) which was the cheapest price at the moment. Today, SanDisk is selling its 1TB Extreme microSD card for $449.99 (RM1,870). This is the largest capacity of storage ever made for a microSD card.
As for now, this card is available at SanDisk’s online store where you can purchase it if you are living in the US. Amazon also sells this microSD card in Spain, Germany, and the UK. It is not available yet in the Amazon US. Those who are living in these countries can order it, but the delivery time frame could increase up to three months.

Even you are interested to get one of it, you have to check your device specs whether it is really compatible. Getting it can speed up the process of file transfers and load times. But if your device is not compatible then it is not worth purchasing one. Devices such as Amazon Fire tables can only support a maximum of 256GB of microSD storage only. According to Samsung’s Galaxy S10 specs, the phone only supports a maximum of 512GB of microSD storage only. If you purchase a 1TB storage, you might not be able to use the microSD card.
In conclusion, this microSD card is the world first ever card which offers 1TB storage. You can decide if you want to have something cheaper than it, you can consider for the 400GB SanDisk microSD card.
