Realme has announced two new 5G models, the realme 13 5G and 13 Plus 5G. They’re kind of special since differentiating them from other released models, this time they did not use Qualcomm Snapdragon chips, but both are powered by MediaTek processors.
It features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display OLED, with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. Available choices go up to 128GB and 256GB of storage, paired with 8GB of RAM. The battery capacity is at 5,000 mAh, with support for 45W fast charging.
Cameras on the realme13 5G include a 50MP main sensor, along with a 2MP depth sensor, while an IP64-rated design covers the water and dust resistance of the phone with a 16MP front camera.
Meanwhile, the realme13 Plus 5G keeps the same display but jumps to the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy for its chipset. This model bumps the charging up to 80W, with the same 5,000mAh battery. It’s also got a higher IP65 water resistance rating.
