Alongside the release of the HONOR 70 recently, the company also unveiled its latest HONOR Pad 8. It is a new tablet that will soon be available in local stores. The device was released in China last month and now, the company has finally decided to bring it to Malaysia, but it is only available in one configuration.
The HONOR Pad 8 is equipped with a Snapdragon 680 processor, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. It also has 2GB of expandable memory and is packed with a large 7250mAh battery with HONOR SuperCharge technology (22.5W). One of the highlighted features is the DTS:X Ultrasound system with a total of eight speakers.
The Pad 8 runs MagicUI 6.1, which is based on Android 11 and comes with helpful multitasking features like Smart-Multi-Window and Multi-Screen Collaboration, which allow you to mirror and control your HONOR phone on the tablet. Bluetooth 5.1 and dual-band Wi-Fi are also supported.
In terms of availability, the HONOR Pad 8 will be priced at RM1399 for the 6GB+128GB configuration and can be purchased beginning on August 27, 2022. Furthermore, there is only one colour option for the device which is Blue Hour.
