HMD has just announced the latest products, HMD Skyline, and Pulse Series, in Malaysia. The company, based on a human-first approach to design, is changing the game once more with these launches. But what makes the HMD Pulse Series – separately Pulse Pro, Pulse+, and Pulse stand out, is its reparability. For the first time, users will be able to replace a cracked display and worn-out battery themselves at home using repair kits from iFixit.

The Pulse Series puts the focus on sustainability and user empowerment. This new system is well in line with the commitment of HMD to make technology even more inclusive and greener. With this, HMD covers the increased demand of consumers for more durable and easily repairable devices by allowing easy home repairs.

HMD’s first 5G smartphone brings in fresh design and advanced features, adding to the market. The device shall come with a 50 MP front camera with advanced autofocus and eye-tracking for high-resolution selfies. The Skyline also introduces ‘selfie gesture’ technology that will capture photos through simple hand movements of users, making photography even more intuitive.

The 48-hour battery life and Qi2 magnetic charging cater to users with active lifestyles. Distribution of the new devices will be handled by Zitron Fulfilment Sdn Bhd, starting August 30 in Malaysia, where the Pulse Pro will be available.
