After years of waiting, finally, Malaysia will finally have the opportunity to welcome the Google Pixel 9. This follows confirmation from three of the country’s major retailers and two telcos of the Pixel 9’s impending arrival. Joining them will be Lazada and Shopee.

For instance, Lazada Malaysia hosts a store for the Google Pixel. Probably it is operated by the original developer, but it is branded with the Lazada Flagship Store, thus adding a lot of credibility. The same applies to Shopee Malaysia, which hosts its own Google Pixel Store, with the Shopee Mall branding, which is delegated to authorized and genuine distributors.

That date has come and gone and neither online store has any listings. It’s a bit of a surprise considering that the Made by Google event was scheduled for October 14th. Likely availability will come shortly after the event.
These are some of the confirmed retailers selling the Pixel 9 in Malaysia, Urban Republic, Senheng, and senQ. Senheng has an installment plan of up to 60 months on the Pixel 9. Telcos that will carry Google Pixel 9 devices include CelcomDigi and Maxis.
Marketing materials confirm that Pixel 9 Pro is coming to Malaysia. The Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL have also been reported through SIRIM listings, with the mysterious disappearance of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, making its fate at release unknown.
