Vivo X Fold2, X Flip, and Pad 2: Launching Officially on April 20th

Last year, Vivo unveiled its first foldable smartphone called the Vivo X Fold. It was considered a flagship device for 2022. A few months later, an improved version called Vivo X Fold S was released with better specs and a camera. Now after one year, Vivo is launching the Vivo X Fold 2, alongside Vivo X Flip and Vivo Pad 2. Reports suggest that the exact launch date of these new devices has been confirmed for this month which is April 20th.

The Vivo X Flip is a foldable phone with a clamshell design. The Vivo X Fold 2 is also a foldable phone but follows the form factor of its predecessor. They are expected improvement in the design and hinge of the Vivo X Fold 2. Vivo Pad 2 is a sequel to the company’s first tablet, and it will have compelling specifications.

First of all, Vivo X Fold 2 is rumored to have a large foldable screen that measures 8.03 inches. The outer side has 6.53 inches display. Both sides of the screen are E6 AMOLED displays. Under the hood, it is rumored to run on the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

The Vivo X Flip is a type of phone that folds in half like a clamshell. It will use a processor called Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The phone has a battery with a capacity of 4400mAh and can be charged quickly with a 44W charger. The main camera of the phone has a high resolution of 50 megapixels and uses a sensor made by Sony called IMX866.

Vivo is releasing a new tablet called Vivo Pad 2. It will have a powerful chip called Dimensity 9000+. It will have a large display with a 144Hz high refresh rate. The tablet will also have a durable metal body.

The pricing and availability for upcoming Vivo products in China will be announced at the event. The launch date is approaching and Vivo may begin promoting the product soon. There is a possibility that the phones will only be available in China. It would be nice to be proven wrong and for the phones to be sold worldwide.
