AirAsia is giving away 50,000 free seats for domestic flights from 1 to 7 May 2023. The promotion is called Cuti-Cuti Malaysia. The free seats are available for flights within Malaysia using AirAsia Malaysia (AK) code. There are limited seats available and terms and conditions apply.
AirAsia’s domestic flights within Peninsular Malaysia start from RM25 one-way. Flights within Sarawak start from RM28 and from RM34 within Sabah. These prices include airport taxes, fuel surcharges, and other applicable fees. Customers can book free seats for flights between 8 May to 31 October 2023 during the promotion’s booking period. This is AirAsia’s second free seat campaign of the year, with the previous one giving away five million free seats.
AirAsia launched a new service on its e-hailing platform for pre-booking rides to and from certain airports. This feature is currently available at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2, Don Mueang International Airport in Thailand, and Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, Indonesia. Customers can book rides as early as three days in advance or as late as four hours through the AirAsia super app. The app also has a queuing service for popular restaurants in Bangkok that do not allow reservations.
