Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi Note 12 Turbo. At the moment of writing this article, we got to know that this phone will be available in China for now. There is no news on whether it will be reaching our Malaysian shore. The uniqueness of this phone is the newly added Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor which was launched recently.
The Redmi Note 12 Turbo has a cooling system that lowers the heat very quickly, and a screen that is very thin and flexible. The battery is big and can be charged very quickly. The camera can take very clear pictures and has a feature to prevent shaky pictures. The phone is built to last for four years without slowing down.
The device comes with different memory and storage options. The memory options are 16GB, 8GB, and 12 GB. The storage options are 1TB, 256GB, and 512 GB. The Harry Potter Edition has 12GB + 256GB memory and storage. The memory is LPDDR5 high-speed memory. The storage is UFS 3.1 high-speed storage. The actual available capacity may be less than the marked capacity due to various factors. The operating system and its installation may occupy part of the memory and storage.
It has an ultra-fine narrow OLED flexible straight screen. The size of the screen is 6.67 inches. The resolution of the screen is 2400 x 1080. The screen has a global excitation brightness of 1000nit* in strong light environments. The screen features 1920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, 12-bit colour depth, DCI-P3 colour gamut, a sunshine screen, eye protection mode, and SGS.
The phone has a 5000mAh battery with a single cell and middle tab (MMT). The wired fast charging rate is 67W, and it uses a USB Type-C double-sided charging interface. The phone comes with a 67W charger.
