MyJPJ app recently released new information related to MyDigital ID. Users will have to register a MyDigital ID account soon. This requirement comes into force on the 10th of October year 2024. To get to the app, you need to sign up using the digital ID platform.
MyDigital ID was rolled out early this year to those who work in government sectors. Those are, It is also a centralized digital verification system. It will simply take one to register with a Kiosk station, that is spread across the country. You can also register using the mobile application.

It is that simple to register, one only needs to photograph their identity card. Take pictures of the front and the rear side simultaneously. This makes the registration easy and fast for all the users in the process.
MyJPJ app enables the holder’s digital driving licenses and road tax services. You can also reinstate these services in the app itself. However, it is advisable to register with MyDigital ID for continued service.

The minister said that the government wants to extend the use of MyDigital ID to other services. These words were echoed by newly minted Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. Such a system has been in use in other government apps, including MySejahtera. But, MyDigital ID is not pervasive yet so mandated across the region.
