Nikon Z50 II mirrorless camera has been announced with an APS-C-sized 20.9MP sensor. This new camera also incorporates the EXPEED 7 image processor to make image quality more improved significantly. The sensor has stayed inextricably linked to the first Nikon Z 50 camera model unveiled back in 2019. The ISO range varies from 100 to 51,200, which will greatly allow for low-light shooting.

A new pre-capture feature captures images one second before the shutter is pressed, so users don’t miss a moment. The camera also records video at 30 frames per second in digital shutter mode and 11 frames per second in mechanical shutter mode. Also, it is usable for video recording at 4K 60p and N-Log 10-bit, which is an advantage for videographers.

Picture Control button allows users to apply Effects 31 which comes with a preset touch. This allows photographers to see tonal changes before shots in real time. Custom settings can be downloaded, a standard boon with contemporary smartphone cameras as provided by the Imaging Recipes.

Nikon has fine-tuned the LCD screen on this model, and you can now tilt and turn the screen, which has a brightness level of 1000 nits. USB-C with Power Delivery has been added, together with HDMI mini, audio port, and compatibility with UHS-II memory.

The Nikon Z50 II is expected to be out at the close of the month, the price for it will be $909.95 with the body only. Consumers also can get a body and the 16-50mm lens for $1,049.95 or a two-lens kit for $1,299.95. This camera offers improved features in an easy-to-carry, all-in-one solution that will fulfill the needs of both photographers and filmmakers.
