Having unveiled the watch, Coros has celebrated the arrival of its new running smartwatch, the Pace Pro. The new Pace Pro is an improvement on last year’s Pace 3. However, the advantage is that it is more effective, which also encompasses a higher cost.

The Coros Pace Pro counts with some 1.3 inches 416×416 AMOLED colors touch screen. This is made of mineral glass and expands up to a 1,500 nits peak brightness. This easily moves around due to the use of a dial and the side back button.

Inside it, it operates on an enhanced Ambiq Apollo510 chip. This processor is twice that of the previous model with an additional 32GB of RAM. All Systems On mode gives battery longevity of up to 38 hours while smartwatch mode extends usage to up to 20 days.

Health features include taking heart rate, blood oxygen, and body temperature measurements. Subscriber identity is also added for accurate tracking, and the new ECG sensor is also part of the system. In addition to the offline maps that the Pace Pro has for runners, it provides route notifications inclusive of Turn-by-Turn and Back-To-Start.

The watch has a 5ATM rating and therefore it may only be used for swimming not for diving. It operates in the temperatures ranging between 20 o C and 50 o C. It is currently available in Black and is priced at RM1,699, Blue and Grey options will also be introduced in the future.
