With Cradle and KLDX’s new partnership, Malaysian startups can now seek other forms of funding. This partnership presents a new generation of fundraising models suitable for a Malaysian startup’s development requirements.

The absence of funding activities within the Malaysian ecosystem has been well substantiated, especially by the MOSTI’s Fund Funnel Programme to which this initiative connects. It guarantees early-stage funding as well as funding from later-stage funding which makes a startup to be scalable.

YBhg. Datuk Ts. Dr. Mohd Nor reiterated the national vision of enabling a sustainable startup environment. He emphasized that MOSTI envisions Malaysia as one of the top 20 countries for startup ecosystems by 2030.

The tech startup’s chief executive officer, Norman Matthieu Vanhaecke, stated the need to provide diverse funding for its alumni. He also said that this cooperation means that startups receive an additional adaptable funding source different from Venture Capital.
Selvarany Rasiah, the CEO of KLDX, pointed out the company’s strategies to fill the gaps in funding and train startups for IPOs. Another is the KLDX platform where much emphasis is given to the management of growth that sustains companies and also helps the country of Malaysia in achieving its startup goals.
Consequently, via this MoU, Cradle, and KLDX desire to elaborate series A and beyond funding solutions effortlessly. MYStartup Single Window enables startups to fund their ventures through the KLDX platform hence creating efficient funding channels.
