The successor to the outstanding Samsung Galaxy Series, the Galaxy S24 FE is expected to be released soon after the iPhone 16. Though this is a flagship smartphone, it’s priced lower than similar products that are in the market.
The Galaxy S24 FE comes a year after the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE which was released in October 2023. Being a fan edition device, it is designed to offer flagship performance at an affordable flagship price.
Galaxy S24 FE has a screen size of 6.7 inch 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2x which ensures a smooth operation. It runs on Exynos 2400 which also runs in the Galaxy S24 and S24+ models as well.
You will find a triple camera system with a main lens of 50MP on the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. Furthermore, a 10MP front shooter is placed in a punch-hole in the screen section.
That makes the Galaxy S24 FE likely to come with a battery capacity of 4,500mAh. It will feature a USB C port with support for 25W fast charging which is commonplace in most of Samsung’s flagship smartphones.
The Galaxy S24 FE will be running on the Android 14 Operating System with One UI 6.1.1. One of them is Galaxy AI which on one hand shall enhance performance and on the other hand general usage.
Samsung Vietnam has revealed that the Galaxy S24 FE is to be released on the 26th of September, 2024. A pre-registration phase is active and allows Vietnamese clients to gain discounts and bonus offers.
At the moment, there is no local launch price for Malaysia, but going by the European price of 699 euros, the Galaxy S24 FE will set you back under RM3,000. The Malaysian offering may thus be similar to the deals on the earlier model last year.
