- Fraud Prevention: AI-powered voice systems provide round-the-clock monitoring, instantly verifying fraud reports and alerting authorities. This is especially vital, considering the RM573 million in online fraud losses recorded in early 2025.
Building AI Leadership in Government
Chamrun Digital, in collaboration with the Public Service Department (JPA), is spearheading a six-month AI & Digital Leadership Programme. This initiative equips senior public officials with the expertise needed to embed AI into policy and practice, ensuring sustainable digital transformation.
