Situated across two floors, Apple The Exchange TRX features a modern design highlighted by a prominent glass façade. Despite current restrictions preventing close proximity, the store’s interior is visible, showcasing a layout optimized for customer interaction and product display. Accessible via multiple entrances, including one from TRX City Park, the store boasts easy navigation with escalators and stairs guiding visitors to various sections.
On the first floor, the main entrance greets customers with a comprehensive display of Apple’s latest products, including iPhones, Macs, iPads, and accessories like HomePods and AirPods. Additionally, a dedicated area facilitates quick pickup of online orders, enhancing convenience for customers.

The second floor of Apple The Exchange TRX serves as a dynamic event space, equipped with a large screen and seating arrangement for hosting Today at Apple sessions.
