Recently, Sony has released three novelties in the LinkBuds series. The first LinkBuds Fit, the second LinkBuds Open, and the LinkBuds Speaker. These new LinkBuds products are available for pre-order in the Malaysian market from 1st November 2024. The LinkBuds Fit and LinkBuds Open retail for RM999 on Sony Malaysia’s official site.
There are also no Malaysian dates for the LinkBuds Speaker but Sony confirmed it is coming in January 2025. The Malaysian price has not been released yet, it goes for USD180 in the USA, roughly equivalent to RM760. This portable speaker also offers a level of protection against water in the form of IPX4.
The Sony LinkBuds Fit developed for active individuals come with Air Fitting Supporters to ensure comfort throughout wear. It has an IPX4 rating, making it resistant to sweat and rain at a certain level. It has the capability of high-quality audio through the Sony Dynamic Driver X together with DSEE Extreme upscaling as well as High-Res Audio Wireless.
In its design, the LinkBuds Fit comes with a Multipoint Connection and Auto Switch for a continuous connection. These features allow users to toggle audio sources without having to sever the connection.
Sony Linkbuds Open: Staying Aware While Enjoying Audio
The LinkBuds Open are designed with an open-ring structure and come with the new 11 mm driver unit. This design enables us to be sensitive to other events happening apart from the event that is listened to. It can last up to 22 hours with the battery.
The LinkBuds Speaker is Sony’s newest portable speaker and has a storable strap on its side for portability. Also incorporated the Sony X-Balanced Speaker Unit Includes echo cancellation to make itself capable of providing good sound. The LinkBuds Speaker comes with up to 25 watts of battery life and is available in colors – light grey and black.
High comfort, wear resistance, and the appropriate level of sound quality meet the needs of active people, which is why Sony’s new LinkBuds products will be popular. Presales will commence in November, thus Malaysian customers should remember the date to get the best from the Sony LinkBuds series.
