Prince Court Medical Centre Launches Its First Fleet of Electric Motorcycle Ambulances in Collaboration with First Ambulance. The new fleet of electric motorbikes is purposed to achieve better response times within traffic-bound areas, improving emergency medical care efficiency.

Electric Motorcycle Ambulances

These Electric Motorcycle Ambulances are essential in rendering immediate first-aid care. They provide basic supplies to sustain patients until the arrival of a conventional ambulance. Such urgent responses may prove extremely vital to patients in critical conditions.

The commitment from the hospital’s part stretches further, wherein it offers free ambulance services up to a 10km radius of Kuala Lumpur. They take this initiative to further reiterate their commitment to the welfare of people. It seeks to make emergency assistance available and affordable.

At the launch, Dr. Shuba Srinivasan, a strong advocate for patient care, mentioned that it is the constant endeavor of the hospital to bring improvement to patient care. The initiative, she said, helps set benchmarks in emergency response. It reinforces their role as a leading healthcare service provider in society.

Also speaking at the event, First Ambulance Managing Director Steven Penafort hailed the deal. He explained that electric motorcycles would ease access to patients by the paramedics. This innovation, therefore, supports directly one of Prince Court’s objectives: enhancing patient care through effective interventions.
