How to activate Kill Switch

If you’re using Maybank2u web, log in to your account and go to ‘SETTINGS’, then select ‘SECURITY’ and click on ‘Kill Switch’. Choose the feature you want to block and authorize the transaction using Secure2u.
To keep your payment cards safe, you need to go to the nearest Maybank branch or call 1300886688 to reactivate them. This is a security measure to prevent scammers or unauthorized people from accessing your cards. You cannot reactivate your cards without verifying your identity through this process.
