It’s important not to confuse DJI with only drones anymore. Now it is also a well-known brand in camera equipment. DJI is very frequently used by many content creators, to substantially gear up with gimbals, action cameras, and microphones. Now, with the leaked DJI Mic Mini, the brand plans to challenge similar models, including the Hollyland LARK M2.
The Hollyland LARK M2 microphone rose to fame for having a small round shape, resembling a button. It is very small but has a good sound quality that makes it suitable for hidden use. In contrast, previous microphones offered by DJI were a little larger in size. Nonetheless, the brand new DJI Mic Mini comes in pocket size, with the color options of Arctic White and Infinity Black with an enhanced clip mount that can attach to clothes.
Some of the connectivity and power control buttons for the new model have been kept simple buttons. Moreover, there is an LED light indication for different statuses of the microphone. It remains unclear whether the full specifications and battery life are still unannounced, but the DJI Mic Mini will be relatively cheap. It can be made cheap, hovering around $45 (~RM196) which will make it very appealing to budget-sensitive YouTubers.
Combine all of this with the fact that the DJI Mic Mini offers both quality and affordability, and the platform may be perfect for content creators. More of this fabulous new theme accessory will be presented soon!
