Xiaomi Malaysia has launched the Redmi Pad Pro 5G for an ultimate tablet experience. With a tagline of 5G connectivity and a large display, that’s priced to move at RM1,799. This variant is RM400 more than the WiFi-only variant which also comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
It also bundles a free Redmi Pad Pro Keyboard, which normally costs RM399, for those buying the tablet from 26th July to 2nd August 2024. Further, it gives a 30% discount on both the Redmi Smart Pen and the Redmi Pad Pro Cover to all buyers of the product. These promotions are available while stocks last.
The Redmi Pad Pro 5G features a 12.1-inch 2.5K display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. This is driven by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It allows further storage extension with a microSD card up to 1.5TB.
It has a single 8MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The cameras on either end support recording 1080p videos at 30fps. Quad stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack are also present to meet all audio requirements.
The tablet comes with a large 10,000mAh battery, supports 33W fast charging, and is capable of playing up to 14.5 hours of HD video on a single charge. At the same time, in terms of the operating system, it is equipped with Android 14 and Xiaomi HyperOS to guarantee smooth use.
It is available in Graphite Grey and Mint Green so that interested buyers can avail of the Redmi Pad Pro 5G online through Xiaomi’s official store, Lazada, and Shopee. This makes it greatly flexible for people who want a powerful, inexpensive tablet.
