Xiaomi will be launching Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro together

Its the beginning of 2020 and sooner smartphone makers will be gearing up to unveil its new smartphone model. Most of the smartphone makers will be unveiling new smartphones at the Mobile World Congress 2020. Now, we got to know that Xiaomi will be launching the Mi 10 series at the Mobile World Congress 2020. This includes both the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro.

Regarding the specs, the Xiaomi Mi 10 will be having a 6.5″ OLED display whereas the “Pro” variant will be having a larger display. At the moment, we didn’t know much regarding the actual size of the display. One thing we can confirm is both the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro will be coming with a 90Hz refresh rate.

Looking at the camera department, you can expect the Xiaomi Mi 10 to be featuring the 108MP main camera similar to the Mi Note 10. Besides the main camera, Xiaomi Mi 10 series also will have a 20MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 12MP telephoto camera and a 5MP depth sensor. In total there will be four cameras for the Mi 10 series.

Keeping the lights on all-day is the 4,500mAh battery which supports the 40W wired fast charging and 30W wireless charging technology. Powering the device is the latest Snapdragon 865 processor which is mated with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM. Xiaomi will be also including a 10W reverse-wireless charging. Using this feature, you can even charge your Xiaomi Watch too.

Higher specs for the “Pro” variant

When it comes to the “Pro” variant the specs should be higher than the base model. The same you can expect for the Mi 10 Pro. For the camera wise, the Mi 10 Pro will be featuring a 108MP main camera, 48MP, 12MP and an 8MP camera. The leak also suggests that the Mi 10 Pro could have a DxOMark score of 125 points.

For the battery wise, Xiaomi might be supporting 66W wired fast charging and a 40W wireless fast charging technology. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro also be powered by the same Snapdragon 865 processor which is mated with 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

Pricing and Availability

For the pricing wise, the Mi 10 Pro base model starts from CNY3,799 (RM2,237). The 256GB model is priced at CNY4,099 (RM2,414). Whereas the highest variant is priced at CNY4,499 (RM2,649). Currently, the leak did not reveal the price for the Mi 10 yet. As we said previously, Mi 10 will be the world’s first smartphone to use the Snapdragon 865 processor.
