5G technology is still under development stage in Malaysia. Until today, there isn’t any 5G smartphone being launched in Malaysia. Even the most recent smartphones in Malaysia does not have 5G technology. Vivo will be launching Vivo NEX 3 5G in Malaysia on 17th October next week. Vivo NEX 3 5G is Malaysia’s first 5G smartphone.

Vivo NEX 3 5G was first launched in China back in September 2019. Now, Vivo Malaysia is ready to bring this smartphone to the Malaysian market. Sadly, even Vivo launches the Vivo NEX 3 5G, you still will not be able to use 5G network yet. Currently, Malaysia could be rolling out 5G in another couple of year. At least you need to wait for two to three years.

To recap on its specs, Vivo NEX 3 5G features a beautiful 6.89″ Waterfall FullView Full HD+ Super AMOLED display. We have talked about this display technology when Oppo shows off this display technology. With that, Vivo NEX 3 5G is equipped with the in-display fingerprint sensor. It has a 16MP front pop-up selfie camera.

Since Vivo NEX 3 5G has a FullView display, Vivo had to remove all the physical buttons. Vivo has now replaced those buttons with virtual buttons called “Touch Sense”.

For the back, it features a triple-camera system where the main camera is a 64MP lens. The rests are 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 13MP telephoto lens. Apart from Redmi and Realme, Vivo is the next smartphone maker to feature a 64MP camera for the main camera. For more technical information on the Vivo NEX 3 5G, you can click on the button below.
