After extending the unlimited quota for the Unifi Basic Plan for one month, now TM has ended the offer. This means starting today, Unifi Basic customers will be limited their data quota to 60GB per month. After the quota finishes, customers Internet speed will be reduced to 512Kbps.

However, for your convenience, TM offers add-on plans where you can throttle your internet speed back normal by purchasing 1GB of data starting from RM10. TM also introduces a new add-on data plan. If you purchase the RM50 data plan, you are entitled to unlimited data quota from Friday until Sunday. After Sunday, the add-on data plan could not be used anymore.

TM suggests that customers who are heavy users should consider upgrading their Unifi plan to the Unifi 100Mbps plan. This package has an unlimited quota and unlimited calls to TM fixed line numbers. All of this TM offers for the price of RM129 per month.

A few weeks back TM also introduces the 100Mbps plan which offers Unifi TV with all channel access for RM159 per month. Looks like TM is really working hard to convince their Streamyx customers to upgrade to Unifi packages.
