Samsung Galaxy Fold will launch in Malaysia on May 3

As we guess Samsung Malaysia is sending out its invitation for the launch of Samsung Galaxy Fold in Malaysia. From the invitation, there is a tagline “Save the date” with the Samsung Galaxy Fold include the butterfly wallpaper in the middle of the invitation. It is clear that indeed Samsung Malaysia will launch the Galaxy Fold on May 3. Additionally, the start time of the event has also given in the invitation. The other details of the device will be revealed during the launch event only.

After the pre-sale in the US, Samsung has started its pre-order process on April 15 onwards. We are sure all of you have already know the retail price of the Galaxy Fold in the US. However, Samsung Malaysia could launch the Samsung Galaxy Fold at a cheaper price. This is because most of the Samsung smartphones are cheaper compared to the prices in other countries. As the retail price is now at $1,980 (RM8,190), we assume the price in Malaysia could be around RM6,000 to RM7,000. We will update the price once Samsung reveals it during the event.
