Few weeks ago, Google launches this feature only to the Google Pixel smartphone. Officially today, the tech giant is rolling out this feature to both the Android smartphones and iOS devices in the US.

According to TechCrunch, the all-new Samsung Galaxy S10 has the privilege to be the first phone to have the Google Duplex. With this technology, the Google Assistant, can make calls and speak on behalf of the user to schedule a reservation. As our previous post, once the call is successful it will send the user the reservation and appointment details to their Google account.

The Google Duplex feature is already available in most of the states except Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska and Texas due to local regulations. Whereas, for other countries, we might have to wait for a longer time. However, Google might reveal more information about the Google Duplex feature at its Google I/O developer conference in May. This is where the Google Duplex feature was unveiled one year before.

In conclusion, as the feature is now available to the iOS users, they can also start to make reservations daily. Apart from that, if the Google Assistant not able to proceed with the reservation on that moment, it will call the restaurant once again at the same day to do the reservation agian.
