In September, Tecno launched its Phantom V Fold 2, and Phantom V Flip2 foldables. They started at first with the second-generation models in Africa and are scheduled for introductions in other regions like Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America. At first, the expectations for a local release were high, as Malaysians know that Tecno products were available before.

However, Tecno announced on its Malaysian Facebook that the new series will not be launched in Malaysia. This announcement was disappointing for the Malaysian fans who were waiting for these devices. Here is a brief of what you can expect from the Phantom V Fold2 and V Flip2 models.
